Option 1
Ideal for hosts who manage cleaning themselves and only require assistance with guest bookings and communication.
Includes:
– Creation of new listings or support with existing listings
– Management of Airbnb bookings
– Handling of guest reviews
Note: Cleaning of the unit and linen is the host’s responsibility. Cleaning services can be arranged at an additional cost.
10% of Booking Value
Option 2
Perfect for hosts who want help with guest engagement and some on-the-ground coordination.
Includes Everything in Option 1, Plus:
– Social media marketing and posts
– Personal guest check-in (if required) or lockbox/key collection management
– Coordination of cleaning services (cleaning cost excluded; charged separately and recovered from the cleaning fee in the listing)
Note: Linen cleaning is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee.
15% of Booking Value
Option 3
A comprehensive, hands-free solution for hosts wanting full management.
Includes Everything in Option 2, Plus:
– Cleaning of the unit (cost recovered from the cleaning fee on the listing)
– Linen cleaning included
